5 Stars – Great Food and Friendly Service! I recently had a lovely meal at Harvester and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for a casual bite. I ordered the Classic Chicken Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The portion size was generous, and it came with perfectly cooked chips and a fresh helping from the salad bar, which is always a great bonus at Harvester. What stood out most was the value for money and the attentive service throughout the meal. Everything felt well looked after, from the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant. If you’re after a hearty, satisfying meal in a comfortable setting, Harvester is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be returning soon!
We absolutely loved this beautiful pub is such beautiful location watching the world go by especially near there waters edge. Staff were magnificent & so attentive Even brought our very meals out to us on such a beautiful sunny afternoon. Food was very hot & very tasty Prices are very good. Excellent array of dishes to be had. Definitely Recommend & will be definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff for making our afternoon so pleasurable
There is lots to choose from on the menu, our sons are autistic & are hard to cater for so the many different choices worked well. The server was fantastic, she worked hard and quickly ensuring we were all given our food straight away. When she needed to give us time to choose she gave us it, then when we were needing the bill quickly she was ready. Will definitely return.
Having not been in a Harvester for a few years, we were pleasantly surprised on the overall appearance inside. Staff were very friendly and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. The girls serving the food were always on the go, it was lovely to see all the staff working together and not against each other. Little Lou was a joy, and very honest when my partner mistakingly told her to take a £30 for a tip.
Super friendly staff, the burger was good despite its mini size! Best thing ever was the Italian beer in the English cuisine!!
